Overview
Cambodia runs on two currencies at once, so a wallet that treats one as primary is wrong from the first screen; balances, budgets, and totals all carry riel and dollars side by side rather than converting one into the other. Receipt scanning happens on the device. Flutter and Dart on the client against a FastAPI backend, with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis behind it.
