A government site's binding requirement isn't its feature list, it's staying up and staying readable on whatever device and connection the public actually has. Next.js over a NestJS API with Supabase and PostgreSQL behind it, deployed on AWS in Docker behind Nginx, monitored with Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
